Joe Alonzo DeLeon Jr.

Joe was the only son of parents Joe Alonzo DeLeon Sr. and Jovita Reyes Palacios DeLeon, who both preceded him in death. He is survived by his two daughters Shara and Zoe, his son Kaleb, his cousins Almita and Antuan and his soulmate Michelle.
Joe DeLeon has played drums as long as anyone can remember. With Joe, there’s just a natural groove that is hard to come by. He plays a variety of styles, including Country, Contemporary Christian, Zydeco, and Spanish.
Joe has worked with some fantastic musicians over the years. He’s worked with acts including Doug Supernaw, Todd Fritsch, Clay Farmer, Cooper Wade, Shane Barnhill, Darwin Macon, Dixie Trahan, Abby Gough, Neil Austin Imber, Bri Bagwell, and many, many others.
A prolific session musician prized not only for his musical talents, but also for his professionalism, patience, and sense of humor, Joe has played on hundreds of sessions over the years. A list of his recordings will be published soon.
